Our historic hall has 6-meter-high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, which flood the 340m² event space with daylight and give it a pleasantly warm atmosphere.The access to the 200m² large terrace with a perfect view of the Spree makes the hall a premium location for creative concepts and events of any size from 100 and 800 guests. In combination with the connected club space on the first floor, events with up to 1300 guests indoors are possible. Whether for conferences, B2B events, gala dinners, fashion shows, or glittering parties - our hall offers innumerable possibilities for individual ideas, which we realize with full service and special attention to every detail. For the perfect stage lighting of the space, we worked with Berlin's most creative lighting designer to create the perfect atmosphere while our high-end sound system ensures powerful, crystal-clear acoustic coverage. In addition, there is a modern freight and passenger elevator as well as coat check, lounge, and backstage areas. Klub
The Allrounder
Only the historic blue and orange tiles in today's club are a reminder of the 1950s large kitchen, which once cooked for more than 1,000 guests. Architecturally, the space is defined by cool exposed concrete, striking pillars, and its raw, industrial charm. The club, which can be connected to the hall by the historic staff staircase, is perfectly suited as a convertible event space with its size of 225m². Thanks to its raw character, reminiscent of the Berlin off-locations of the 1990s, this space is not only suitable for various pop-up concepts and exhibition formats, showcases, or dinner events, but can also be used as an additional dance floor, break-out room, or entrance foyer for large-scale productions. The high-quality lighting, premium sound system, DJ booth, and fully equipped mobile bar available in the club makes for a room that is a versatile all-rounder for special events, while the connection to our production kitchen ensures short distances for in-house catering. Events at Spree bank
The entire outdoor area can be privately rented for events of up to 2,500 people. As part of the extensive renovation work on Zenner, we focused on installing high-performance event infrastructure from the very beginning to help bring your event to life. In addition to a wall-to-wall WLAN network that runs on an ultra-high-speed fiber-optic internet connection, an increase in total electrical capacity, and the expansion of our event catering kitchen area, we have also installed a barrier-free pathway through the outdoor space as well as newly renovated bathroom facilities in line with the requirements of a historically preserved building for our guests with limited mobility. Whether it’s a corporate party on a balmy summer afternoon, a winter party with a large ice rink, your own Holiday Market with an indoor dance floor, or a very special team-building event including a private boat transfer from a location of your choice along the Spree - with our in-house event team, we not only offer standard rental opportunities but also completely unique concepts, professional planning, organization, and execution of complex event productions custom-tailored according to any customer’s requirements.Details of the installed/available technical equipment, as well as floor and electrical plans are available via the download link.

Open-Air Séparée
Our Wine Garden, with an area of about 600m², is perfect for summer events and gatherings of all occasions. Whether for a corporate summer party, a team-building event, a wedding, or a larger birthday party, our Wine Garden accommodates all types of event formats and exclusive gatherings from 100 to 250 persons or, in combination with the Beer Garden area, for large events with up to 2500 guests. In addition to the atmospheric lighting of this event area with cozy overhead string lighting and lanterns, our high-quality outdoor sound system includes stage and DJ equipment for acoustic bands, and relaxed DJ sets, as well as for performances or other bespoke entertainment programs of your choice.
